Short, clear terms for the small-item delivery service within Al Ain.
Service area
The service is for orders where both the pickup and drop-off locations are inside the city of Al Ain.
Same-day delivery means completion before the end of the day after the order is reviewed, accepted, paid, and confirmed. The service does not include an exact hourly delivery appointment.
Accepted items
iHand may decline any item based on its size, type, safe handling, legality, or available capacity.
Prohibited, dangerous, illegal, or improperly packaged items are not accepted.
Customers must provide accurate item and location information.
Pricing and confirmation
The price is shown before the order is confirmed, and there is no commitment before you approve it.
Any additional details that apply to your order — such as cancellation arrangements or special cases — are presented clearly in the conversation before confirmation.
