iHand is a same-day courier for small items inside Al Ain, UAE. Once a captain accepts your order, they collect one ready, packed item from one address (or from up to three pickups, in the app) and deliver it to one address in Al Ain the same day — by motorbike for items up to 5 kg, or by sedan for items up to 25 kg that fit safely. Book on this website or in the iPhone app and see the full price, including the service fee and VAT, before you confirm. Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Ziina’s secure page, or in cash at handover. You can book at any time, and support answers 24 hours a day, every day, in Arabic, English and Urdu.

No. The service is designed for delivery before the end of the day without a specific appointment. Add any important delivery instructions while placing the order.
Within Al Ain only. Both the pickup and the drop-off must be inside the service area shown before booking; Place order checks each pin for you.
Small everyday items such as keys, documents, chargers, small electronics, clothing, gifts, and shop purchases — sealed and packed for ordinary road transport. A café, restaurant or shop order you placed and paid for yourself is fine too, hot or iced drinks and takeaway included. Cash, valuables, medicines, other food that needs to stay hot or cold, and anything dangerous or illegal are not accepted; the full prohibited-item list is in section 5 of the Terms.
Two classes: Motorbike for items up to 5 kg, and Sedan for items over 5 kg and up to 25 kg that fit safely inside a sedan. Choose the right class and describe the item accurately — a captain may refuse a package that does not match.
Set the pickup and drop-off in Place order, then choose the package class. Before you confirm you see the captain’s fare, iHand’s separate service fee (2% of the fare, minimum AED 2) and the total. Prices include VAT where it applies.

This service is currently for orders where both the pickup and drop-off locations are inside Al Ain.
