Cleaned clothes ready at the laundry, or an abaya or kandura finished at the tailor, but you cannot collect them? Pay the shop, confirm it can release the order to your captain, then book a suitable delivery.

  • Ready, cleaned or tailored clothing — including abayas and kanduras — securely bagged or packed by the shop, within the selected vehicle's limits.

Not included

  • Washing, ironing, repairs, garment inspection, or a pickup-and-return trip in one website booking.

Where is delivery available?

Both pickup and delivery must be inside the supported Al Ain area. Enter both locations to check your route.

Before you book

  • The item must be ready, securely packed and suitable for ordinary road transport.
  • Choose the correct vehicle: motorbike up to 5 kg; sedan up to 25 kg, provided the item fits safely.
  • We do not offer exact pickup or arrival times. Confirm that the sender can hand over the item during the available delivery window.
  • A website booking has one pickup and one delivery location. For several pickups in one order, use the iHand app.
  • Pay the shop directly and confirm it will hand the prepared order to your captain. iHand does not shop or pay for purchases on your behalf.

Confirm the order is complete before collection

Ask the shop to prepare all garments and provide any collection reference it needs. Cleaning and tailoring remain services supplied by the shop.

Questions about this service

No. iHand transports eligible, prepared clothing. The laundry provides cleaning and ironing.

No. A website booking covers one pickup and one delivery. In the iHand app an order can end with a stop back at the pickup; the captain does not inspect the laundry.

Arrange this with the shop before booking. The captain’s task is collection and delivery, not inspection of the laundry service.

Both locations must be inside the supported Al Ain service area. Enter them to check the route before booking.
