Privacy

We like to keep things clear: this page explains what happens to the information you type on this website, in plain language.

What happens to the information you type?

The information you enter in the quick-order form — the locations, item type, size, and notes — stays in your browser until you choose to continue to WhatsApp. The site saves a local draft on your device so an accidental refresh does not erase the form.

The quick-order form does not submit your details to any iHand server. Pressing the WhatsApp button prepares a message inside WhatsApp, and nothing is sent until you press Send in the chat yourself.

If you choose to start your order in the conversation on the website (the “Start your order” page), the messages you write are sent to a iHand server so the assistant can reply, and they are stored with that conversation. The conversation starts with no account and no phone number; we ask for your mobile number — with a verification code sent on WhatsApp — only when you reach order confirmation, because an order and its delivery need a number we can reach you on.

We also use a Cloudflare Turnstile check to confirm that a person, rather than an automated program, is opening the conversation.

After WhatsApp opens

If you open WhatsApp and send the message, WhatsApp’s own service and privacy terms apply to the conversation itself.

The iHand team uses the information you send in the conversation for one purpose: quoting, arranging, updating, and completing the delivery you requested.
