Before you book
- A website booking has one pickup and one delivery location. For several pickups in one order, use the iHand app.
- Choose the correct vehicle: motorbike up to 5 kg; sedan up to 25 kg, provided the item fits safely.
- We do not offer exact pickup or arrival times. Confirm that the sender can hand over the item during the available delivery window.

No. iHand delivers only inside Al Ain city. If either address is outside the area, the app tells you before you book.
Small items that are ready and securely packed: up to 5 kg by motorbike or 25 kg by sedan. A café, restaurant or shop order you placed and paid for yourself is fine, hot or iced drinks and takeaway included. We do not carry other hot, chilled or frozen items or prescription medicine, and we do not shop on your behalf.
