How does iHand work?
Captains already driving around Al Ain post the trip they are making. Customers book a package onto a matching trip. The captain collects it, delivers it the same day, and is paid in cash on handover.
Which areas are covered?
Within the city of Al Ain only — both the pickup and the drop-off must be inside Al Ain. Delivery between Al Ain and Abu Dhabi is not available at the moment.
How do I pay?
Cash, on collection or delivery. There are no in-app purchases.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Full details, including exactly what is erased and what is kept, are on the account deletion page.
