We collect a café, restaurant or shop order you placed and paid for with the seller, sealed or lidded by the seller — hot or iced drinks, takeaway meals and other prepared food — and sealed, shelf-stable items. Everything travels as packed, without temperature control. No other hot, chilled or frozen food.

Suitable for collection

  • A café, restaurant or shop order you placed and paid for with the seller, sealed or lidded by the seller (hot or iced drinks and takeaway meals included), or sealed, paid items that need no heating, chilling or freezing.

Not included

  • Other hot, chilled or frozen food and drinks, and anything whose required storage conditions cannot be maintained.

Where is delivery available?

Both pickup and delivery must be inside the supported Al Ain area. Enter both locations to check your route.

Before you book

  • The item must be ready, securely packed and suitable for ordinary road transport.
  • Choose the correct vehicle: motorbike up to 5 kg; sedan up to 25 kg, provided the item fits safely.
  • We do not offer exact pickup or arrival times. Confirm that the sender can hand over the item during the available delivery window.
  • A website booking has one pickup and one delivery location. For several pickups in one order, use the iHand app.
  • Pay the shop directly and confirm it will hand the prepared order to your captain. iHand does not shop or pay for purchases on your behalf.

Sealed packaging is not enough

The item must also be suitable for the actual transport conditions. Check its storage instructions and arrange collection with the seller before booking.
