  • Packed second-hand purchases and repaired items — a boxed laptop, a phone, a small appliance — within the selected vehicle's weight and size limits.

Not included

  • Bulky furniture, moving homes, dismantling or assembly, item inspection, or paying the seller.

Where is delivery available?

Both pickup and delivery must be inside the supported Al Ain area. Enter both locations to check your route.

Before you book

  • The item must be ready, securely packed and suitable for ordinary road transport.
  • Choose the correct vehicle: motorbike up to 5 kg; sedan up to 25 kg, provided the item fits safely.
  • We do not offer exact pickup or arrival times. Confirm that the sender can hand over the item during the available delivery window.
  • A website booking has one pickup and one delivery location. For several pickups in one order, use the iHand app.
