Delivery within Al Ain
What do you need collected?
Choose the kind of delivery you need — a parcel, documents or forgotten keys, a paid shop order, laundry, flowers and gifts, a second-hand item, a small-business order or prepared groceries. Each service has its own item, packaging and collection conditions.
Send documents or forgotten items across Al Ain
Left your keys at home, or need an envelope or documents taken from one address to another today? Book one pickup and one delivery within Al Ain on the website (several pickups: the iHand app); the sender hands the packed item to your captain.
Collect a paid order from a shop
Paid for an order at a shop, boutique or Instagram seller but cannot collect it? Arrange the handover with the shop, then book iHand to collect eligible, prepared items within Al Ain. We collect only; we do not shop on your behalf.
Eligible packaged-food pickup from restaurants and cafés
We collect a café, restaurant or shop order you placed and paid for with the seller, sealed or lidded by the seller — hot or iced drinks, takeaway meals and other prepared food — and sealed, shelf-stable items. Everything travels as packed, without temperature control. No other hot, chilled or frozen food.
Collect prepared supermarket purchases
Arrange your grocery purchases with the supermarket and pay it directly. We can collect eligible, prepared items; we do not shop from a list or carry chilled or frozen groceries.
Collect flowers and gifts that are ready to send
Bought a bouquet at a flower shop, or have a wrapped gift to send across Al Ain today? Arrange the purchase and packaging with the seller, then book collection for flowers or gifts suitable for ordinary transport. Temperature-controlled items are not included.
Collect clothes from a laundry or tailor
Cleaned clothes ready at the laundry, or an abaya or kandura finished at the tailor, but you cannot collect them? Pay the shop, confirm it can release the order to your captain, then book a suitable delivery.
Collect a second-hand or repaired item
Bought a used phone, laptop or small appliance from a private seller, or is your repaired laptop ready at the repair shop? Arrange payment and collection with the seller or shop, then book iHand to collect the packed item within Al Ain. This is not a moving or item-inspection service.
Deliver an order from your small business
Run a small shop, a home business or an Instagram store in Al Ain? Prepare one eligible customer order, arrange payment for the goods directly, then book one pickup and one delivery within Al Ain on the website — no marketplace or merchant platform needed.
